Membership at SSRC

New Members Prospective new members are welcome to visit the club to have a look around. It is probably best to do this on our Club Night where one of our friendly members will be happy to answer any questions you have about the club and what it offers. If you wish to make arrangements to visit the club for the first time or would like to find out more about membership or the club in general then please email us and we will be happy to oblige. Joining the club is easy. All that is needed is a completed membership form and appropriate payment (bank transfer preferred). The club offers pro-rated membership fees (for new members joining part way through the current membership year) taking you to the end of the club year on 31st August. Membership forms and and related querys should be emailed to the SSRC treasurer. |

Pro-Rated Cost: The membership year and consequently the annual fee, apply from 1st September to 31st August. We provide a monthly pro-rated reduction on the annual fee dependent on month joined.
Staged payments: The club is prepared to accept staged payments for members paying the full adult fee – 4 instalments paid by December 1st – adult membership would be 4 payments of £80 due by September 1st, October 1st, November 1st and December 1st. Please contact the SSRC Treasurer if you wish to make use of this option.
Off-peak membership: a reduced rate for playing at weekends and up to 6 pm during school vacations (last court available is 17:15). Note: Off-peak members can play at peak times by paying a guest fee for each peak time booking.
Guest bookings: The booking fee for guests is £8, payable online when booking through the club website.
Club Timings
SSRC runs throughout the week with multiple sessions for all abilities. Courts sessions are 45 minutes.
